Cylindrical Bollard With Wide Reveal Line 
The product ordered was not the product that was originally shipped. We received a smaller size than ordered. The CS rep told us we ordered the wrong size before actually looking at what we ordered. Poor judgement on her part. Before the end of the call she realized we ordered what we needed and received a different size product that did not work. I do wish CrowdControl would have had us return the wrong items at the companies cost because I don't know what I'm going to do with the wrong size product that is just setting here without a use by our school.
